The North Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (NCWRPC) is a public agency dedicated to providing professional planning services throughout a ten county Region. The agency was created in 1973 under Wisconsin Statute 66.0309 as a voluntary association of governments for the purpose of preparing plans for the physical development of the Region and its communities, to conduct research, to serve as a data center and as a forum for communication, cooperation and coordination among federal, state, regional and local interests, and to provide technical services to its membership.
